1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Review Flo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Review Flo is a review management platform that enables businesses to automate review request campaigns via email and WhatsApp, manage customer contacts, track campaign performance, and collect customer feedback. The Service includes all features, tools, and support provided through our web application.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
  • Upload contacts without proper consent to receive communications
  • Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

5. Subscriptions and Payment

  • The Service is offered under tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro).
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store credit card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

6. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including customer contacts and campaign content.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
  • We will not use your customer data for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.
  • You can export or delete your data at any time through the Service.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of data you upload.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Stratix and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Flo and Stratix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Review Flo, Stratix, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • We may terminate the Service with 30 days' advance notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We will provide a reasonable period to export your data upon termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
